6. Now you have your transparent image go to Layers and select 'merge invisible' then save as below:
7. Go to File - File - Export - Gif Optimizer
8. Under 'Transparencey choose 'Existing image or layer transparency'
9. Under Partial Transparencey check the first and last box
Then just click O.K. and save and your transparent gif is ready for any colour background.
